Marilyn Geer, Client Services and Booking
Marilyn is the friendly voice you hear when you call us during regular business hours. She joined MDAesthetics in 2005. With over 25 years of experience in Customer Service, 15 years of that within the aesthetics industry, she is knowledgeable, professional and dedicated to maintaining the best experience for our clients.
Valerie Martineau, Manager, Consultant
Valerie has worked as a Medical Aesthetician, Laser Technician and Trainer in the Medi-Spa industry for 8 years. A strong advocate for patient safety, Valerie recognized the importance of working in a "Medical Spa with a Medical Degree" and found that "perfect fit" when she joined Dr. Copeland and the MD Aesthetics team in April 2008. This enabled her to use and improve her wealth of academic and practical knowledge in an environment governed by medical standards and procedures. With a keen thirst for knowledge, Valerie attends various training & educational programs to keep current in a field that continues to evolve. This ensures clients always receive the highest quality of service, results, and safety. Valerie is especially known for strong ethics as well as her caring and friendly nature when interacting with clients and co-workers.
Dianne Price, Medical Aesthetician
Dianne joined MD Aesthetics in August 2008 adding invaluable knowledge and experience to the team. For the past 7 years she has focused her full-time career in the Medical Aesthetic & Laser industry. She has worked with several laser technologies, performed a variety of cosmetic procedures and can also include the highly responsible position of Training to her accolades.
Diane's experience includes Laser Hair Removal, Photo-Rejuvenation, Chemical Peels, Facials, Collagen Therapy and Ultherapy. In addition to her commitment to continuing her education and training in Laser and Aesthetics, she is currently furthering her studies in field of Nutrition.
Dianne is reliable, efficient and always attentive to her client's needs and concerns.
Pamela Olley-Smith, Medical Aesthetician
Pamela has been in the cosmetic industry for 7 years and has worked in numerous medical spas. She joined MD Aesthetics in the fall of 2010. She is an experienced Medical Laser Technician and Medical Aesthetician. Distinguished for being caring, meticulous and professional, she has gained the loyalty and confidence of all clients with whom she has had the pleasure of helping. She brings a wealth of knowledge and experience with various laser modalities as well as facial and aesthetic treatments.
Heddy Chanko, Medical Aesthetician
As of September 2011, Heddy is the newest member of our team. She comes to us with 25 years of experience in aesthetics; 15 of those focused in medical aesthetics. She is extremely personable and attentive to customer needs and detail. She will be working with us on a part time basis and mostly on Saturdays.
Rhonda Reid, BEng., General Manager, Owner
Rhonda Reid received her BSc Electrical Engineering in 1986 from Memorial University of Newfoundland. She is the general manager/owner of MDAesthetics and has worked with a variety of aesthetic medical laser technologies since 2001. She oversees MD Aesthetics' ongoing commitment to providing top notch equipment and technology so that clients receive the best possible care.
Shirley Spina, Full Time Medical Receptionist
Shirley is our full time medical receptionist for Dr. Copeland’s Family Practice, Anderson Medical Center. She has been with Dr. Copeland for over 20 years and has been a great support to the MD Aesthetics business since its inception. You will often find Shirley helping out with the phones, booking appointments, assisting clients with product. Her professionalism, sincere concern for people, and dedication to our medical practice and medical cosmetic practice is evident in the way she manages clients and their needs.
Norma White, Part time Receptionist
Norma is our part time receptionist for MD Aesthetics and for Dr. Copeland’s family practice, Anderson Medical Center. You will see her from time to time in the evening working our walk in clinic and managing customer service at MD Aesthetics. Norma has been with us for over 10 years. She is very knowledgeable about our services, always helpful and dedicated to great customer service.
