Gynecomastia Correction
As the face ages, deep creases form between the nose and mouth, jowls appear along the jaw-line and finally the skin, fat and muscles of the neck become loose and sag. This procedure is performed using concealed incisions placed around the ear and under the chin. Excess fat is removed, underlying muscles are tightened and the skin of the face and neck is re-draped.
Excessive fat removal is avoided as this can result in a hollowed out appearance often seen with aging. An endoscopic brow lift is often performed in conjunction with an upper blepharoplasty.
Inappropriate male breast growth may be corrected by the use of ultrasound assisted liposuction or in more severe conditions, excision of the prominent breast tissue.
