The office environment is comfortable and confidential. Initial consultations are approximately one hour in length and a fee $100 CAD plus 7% GST is applied to this visit. Payment is accepted in the form of Visa, Mastercard, debit, cash or bank draft. Payment for Surgery is made prior to the surgical date. Financing for surgery can be arranged through Medicard. Services covered by OHIP are free of a consultation fee but do require a referral note from a physician. Subsequent OHIP approved surgery is rendered at Lakeridge Health Corporation.
